1. Internships pay an hourly rate of $25.00 / hour

2. During the internship, you are partnered with an experienced team member to learn the techniques associated with teaching adaptive, self-help, commutation and social skills.

3. Currently, internship hours include Sundays and Tuesday evenings and it is the hope that anyone accepting internship training will commit to at least once year of part-time or full time employment to include 2-4 Sundays each month.

Yes, it is preferred that you remain employed long-term

1. Upon satisfactory completion of the internship, a formal part-time or full-time position may be offered along with a written job description and explanation of any eligible additional benefits.

Yes

Upon satisfactory completion of the internship, interns that have availability that matches client needs (currently, 2-4 Sundays each month and Tuesday afternoon-evenings).

Full time employees typically receive a 10% pay increase over internship pay.   Current benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation time, paid sick time, technology/cell phone service reimbursement, travel reimbursement and eligibility for enrollment in the company's retirement plan with 4% matching.
